FAI Farms Ltd is a commercial farming operation at the forefront of production development and animal welfare research. We currently undertake broiler breeding, hatchery and broiler finishing at our 1,250 acre farm at Wytham in Oxfordshire.
We seek a Poultry Foreman to take responsibility for commercial poultry operations and liaison with project teams. You will be responsible for all poultry activity under your day-to-day management and take charge of a team of husbandry staff.
This is a exciting opportunity for an experienced poultry specialist who will need to demonstrate attention to detail, technical skill and a commitment to the future development of our poultry enterprise. Good communication skills and an ability to manage under a constantly changing environment will be important.
